The transferable skills course “Leadership in a connected world” was created and presented by Dr. Holger Nauheimer.


The course helped participants learn about their motivational factors, emotional intelligence, and communication methods to develop a personal leadership style. They were shown how to apply or adapt their leadership style to meet specific challenges. Specifics of remote team leadership were addressed.
