The workshop "Intercultural Training Germany" helps to understand the cultural imprint of "the Germans" as well as the norms, values and behaviors that apply in Germany. The training conveys an understanding of the German communication style and provides orientation about the hierarchies and working methods prevailing in Germany. In addition, the training encourages reflection on one's own cultural imprints while helping to identify the differences and similarities in the values prevalent in Germany. Learning objectives are: Get an overview of Germany, develop an understanding of German culture and values, learn about the work culture in Germany, understand everyday life in Germany, self-perception and perception of others, reflect on cultural differences, practice communication and intercultural understanding.
